Day 1

Breakfast: Apple cinnamon oatmeal with flax.
Lunch: Chicken, spinach, tomato salad
Dinner: Tilapia, quinoa, veggies
Snack 1: Almonds and apple slices
Snack 2: Berry and vanilla protein smoothie

Activity: Walking the dog - 30 minutes.
